Tango

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to write a fast blogpost about this card. I made it for Alicia Bel. It's a brand new digital image in her shop and it's called "Tango". It was such a pleasure to colour this image, I had so much fun to colour her hair, her dress,... 

I coloured everything with my Copic markers.  I tried to colour the dress like she's shining! If you see the dresses of those dancers, they are always so shiny and glittery.  I made a very simple background behind the dancers and tried to give them all the attention that they deserve.

Just wanted to share two card that I made for Alicia Bel.

The first card is made with a new digital image, called "With Love".

Copic colours I've used:

E04, E11, E00, E000

hair: E49, E47, E44, E43, E41

red: E59, E09, R27, R24, R22

ground: E57, E55, E53, E51

The second card did I made featuring "My first communion dress". I didn't use an text, so it can be used for different occasions. I stamped the background with a very light pink Memento ink and I stamped some splatters using a dark pink Stampin' up ink. I added some sequins for the finishing touch.

hair: E59, E09, YR14, YR20

dress: BV29, BV25, BV23, BV20

Candle's Fairy

Today I want to share a new digital stamp by AliciaBel, it's called "Candle's Fairy".

I think it's such a gorgeous image! I made a simple Christmas card with it.

You're Super!!!

Hi everyone!

So you know I'm a guest designer at Aliciabel Challenge Blog this month.

Today there's some inspiration on their blog and here's my card I've used for this.

The moment when I saw this Super Girl, I fell in love with it! Isn't she SUPER adorable? I already had the idea in my mind to use them on top of some clouds. I've used my new dies by Lawn Fawn "Puffy Clouds Borders" for this. I really love them.

I coloured the Super girl with some Copic markers and I wanted to give her hair a blue/purple shine.

Birthday's Princess

Hi everyone!

It's almost Valentine's day, so the perfect time to use this image but you can use it on every occasion.

Her name is "Birthday's Princess" and she is so cute. I just love the heart shaped balloons she holds in her hand.

I coloured her in with my Copic markers and added some finishing touched with my Derwent Coloursoft pencils. The papers and sprinkles are by Doodlebug's "Sweet Things" collection, my fave at this moment!

Happy Brrr-thday!

Hallo iedereen!

Ik wil je eerst en vooral een creatief, gelukkig en gezond 2016 wensen!

Hopelijk hebben jullie fijne feesten achter de rug, ik alvast wel.

Toen ik laatst deze digitale stempel "Ice Princess" van Alicia Bel zag, had ik meteen een idee wat ik ermee wilde doen. De afbeelding deed me zo denken aan de hype "Frozen". Ik wist dat ik ergens een papierblokje had dat perfect paste bij deze Frozen kleurtjes.

Eerst heb ik de achtergrond blauw gekleurd met Copic Markers. Het is makkelijker om dit eerst te doen, zodat je de kleuren van de andere delen niet kan meenemen. Anders kan je bijvoorbeeld een veeg paars in je achtergrond krijgen en dat wil je natuurlijk niet.

Daarna heb ik mijn kleurenkaart erbij genomen en gekeken welke kleur paars en groen het dichtste bij mijn designpapier paste. Blauw heb ik vermeden omdat dit al een kleur is in de achtergrond, anders was het te eentonig geworden. Als laatste heb ik ook nog wat fijne glitter op het kroontje, de ijskristal, de sneeuw en de paarse delen van haar vleugels. Het is wat moeilijk om op de foto te zien, maar het geeft toch wel iets extra. 

Dan volgen nu de Copic kleuren die ik ervoor gebruikt heb:

Santa Claus is coming to town! Ho ho ho!!!

Hallo allemaal!

Bij deze ben ik helemaal klaar met mijn kerstkaartjes! Yay! Dat mag ook wel, want over enkele dagen is het kerst. Ik hoop dat ik geen afkickverschijnselen zal krijgen van het maken van kerstkaartjes. Dit was echt het eerste jaar dat ik er zoveel plezier in had, alhoewel ik ook blij ben dat het nu weer tijd is voor andere dingen.

Deze stempel van Alicia Bell "Rino and Reno" vond ik zo schattig dat ik het niet kon laten om ze nog te kleuren. De rendiertjes zien er zo lief uit en lieve stempeltjes vind ik ideaal om er een schudkaart mee te maken! Omdat de afbeelding zo eenvoudig is, heb ik gekozen om de vacht niet in structuur te kleuren.

Ik heb de rendiertjes gestempeld met Memento Tuxedo Black en daarna ingekleurd van donker naar licht. Ik wou de rendiertjes graag in dezelfde kleurtint, alleen de grote wat donkerder dan de andere. Het kleine rendiertje bevat dan de donkerste kleur (E59) niet en bevat veel meer van de lichtste tint.

Na het kleurwerk heb ik accenten aangebracht met de witte Molotow marker (Signal White) op hun sjaal en de neus is ook voorzien van een lichtpunt.

De Molotow marker is veel beter dan een witte gelpen en dergelijke, de marker geeft echt een goede dekking, kortom helemaal onmisbaar!

Dan volgen hier nog de Copic Marker kleurnummers:

gewei: E59, E57, E55

rood: W7, R59, R46, R35

groen: G28, YG17, YG13, YG11

grijs: N9, N5, N3, N1
