It's by artist Emilie Goulet and is called

HEAVENLY HOLIDAY!

I"ve used  the gorgeous paperpad by My Mind's Eye called "Sugar Plum". The oval scalloped die is by MFT, just like the bow die.

I coloured this super adorable girl with my Copic markers.
