Hi everyone! 

Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

I made this card featuring "A Purr-fect Princess" and I love her' so much! I really love to colour things like this. I coloured her with my Copic markers and added some more details with my Derwent Coloursoft pencils. Yes, I found them back this week, so I needed to use them after 6 years! haha...

The papers I've used are from Doodlebug, my favourite paperpad at this moment. It's called "Sweet Things" I've addes some "Wink of stella" glitter to nops of the chair and my black ribbon contains glitter too.

Punch of Colour Girls 10

Hi everyone! 

It was my time to make something for the Crafts & Me blog.

 I've used this Crafts & Me image "Punch Of Colour Girls 10" by Hannah Lynn.

It's a digital stamp and you can find it HERE

She's just like a rock chick, look at her tattoos and the way she wairs her hair. I thought she would be beautiful with a red and black colourcombo and a subtile touch of blue.
I coloured her in with my Copic markers.

Hallo allemaal!

Jullie weten intussen waarschijnlijk al dat ik niet echt een fan ben van de winter.

Ik vind het koude weer gewoon niet prettig aanvoelen.

Sneeuw vind ik wel leuk om naar te kijken maar als ik erdoor moet, is het al zo leuk niet meer.

Je kan me dus geen plezier doen met een weekje skieën. Geef me maar een reisje naar Hawaï! ;-)

Voor de hitteliefhebbers onder ons heb ik deze zomerse kaart gemaakt. Lekker felle kleurtjes heb ik gebruikt, voel je de vakantiesfeer al? Voetjes in het zand, lekkere cocktail in de hand en genieten van de zon en de zee. Zalig!

Ik was laatst mijn hobby kast aan het herschikken en vond toen deze rubberen stempel van The Greeting Farm terug, jammer genoeg had ik hem nog nooit gebruikt. En ik wist meteen wat ik er mee wilde doen. Ik had namelijk nog dit papier liggen die er perfect bij past. Ik heb mijn velletjes papier uitgezocht en direct vergeleken op mijn kleurenkaart welke kleurencombinaties ik kon gebruiken.

Ik gaf haar het zwarte haar omdat dit kleur ook in het papier zit en een mooi contrast kon geven met de gelige achtergrond. Haar groene "gras"rok heb ik ook gekleurd zoals bij de haren. Dan ontstaat er een mooie structuur. Ik heb gestempeld met Memento Rich Cocoa, deze is minder hard van kleur tegenover de zwarte variant. 

Dan volgt nu nog de kleurencombinatie:

It's finally here!!! The RELEASE of our very first new stamp sets of 2016!!! And it's totally PAW-some!!

I've used an older paperpad by Prima Marketing "Madeline". I colourd the dog and his bone with my Copic Markers.

KKS peeks: Totally Paw-some!

Hi everyone!

We're back today with our final set of the new release of clear stamps! We've got another set of sweet furry friends from artist Becky Pearce!

It's called TOTALLY PAW-SOME! and has so many images and fun extra stampy elements to play with plus a bunch of sweet sentiments for a total of EIGHTEEN stamps including a fun thought bubble!!!

It's also Challenge Day and our hostess is JESSIE! I made a shakercard with this awesome set. I love that there are so many little extra stamps to create something funny. I stamped the dog and coloured him with my E40's Copic Markers. After it was ready I thought I could add a bow, so it could be a girly dog. I've also used the bone and bow stamp on some paper, cut it out and added it in the shaker part together with some sequins.

The papers I've used are by Graphic 45 "Raining cats and dogs". Love the old fashion colours and patterns.

KKS peeks: A Furry Surprise!

Hi everyone!

Welcome Krafty Friends to Day THREE of our 

January Krafty Previews!!!

Today we are sharing previews featuring a FUN and FURRY new stamp set by artist Emilie Goulet! These sassy pets are SO much fun to colour!!!

The set features two main images, a silly puppy and a sneaky cat, PLUS TEN coordinating sentiments!!! 

This is also a very SPECIAL stamp set because Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps will be donating a portion of the sale of each set of A FURRY SURPRISE! to a local non-profit animal rescue organization!!! We want to help take care of our furry friends who are in need of rescue!!

I've used the kitty of the stampset for my card and the new "Meow" papers by Echo park. I coloured the kitty with my Copic markers and added some white dots on her collar.

Look what Becky made!!! My kitty's are the black one who looks to the left in the smalles  picture. And the two ones with white and ginger on the top. He loved to sleep in my purse, haha.

Krafty peeks day 1: Minnie, Maisie & Me!

Hi everyone!

Today it's day 1 of our Krafty previeuws. 

We are so excited to kick off 2016 with a 's-pet-tacular' new release of clear stamps that we know will give you the warm fuzzies!

Today we are previewing TWO gorgeous new sets by artist, Annie Rodrigue! I know you'll agree that Annie's creations have so much life and are so much fun to colour!

The first set is called MINNIE, MAISIE & ME! and features the joyful main image PLUS EIGHT coordinating sentiments!

And here's my card I've made with this awesome set!

When I first saw this image, I thought it was an awesome stamp to combinate with a background.

So I first created the clouds, coloured the sky , created a path with some dotting technique and finally coloured the grass.

I added some white dots on her skirt and stamped the image with brown Memento ink Rich Cocoa, so the lines are much softer then with black.

I hope you liked my card!

The second set is called PURR-FECT PRINCESS and features the absolutely elegant main image PLUS SIX wonderful coordinating sentiments!

I made this card for my little nephew's birthday on January 30th. He will be 7 years then, love the little guy with all my heart!

I've used the new clear stampset "You lift me up". 

I coloured the image with the no-lines technique, using my Copic Markers and gave him eyes.

We want EVERYONE to be able to play along so your submission can use ANY stamp and can be any theme, any style, any design and it can be a card, a scrapbook page, an altered item....you name it!! Happy Brrr-thday!

Hallo iedereen!

Ik wil je eerst en vooral een creatief, gelukkig en gezond 2016 wensen!

Hopelijk hebben jullie fijne feesten achter de rug, ik alvast wel.

Toen ik laatst deze digitale stempel "Ice Princess" van Alicia Bel zag, had ik meteen een idee wat ik ermee wilde doen. De afbeelding deed me zo denken aan de hype "Frozen". Ik wist dat ik ergens een papierblokje had dat perfect paste bij deze Frozen kleurtjes.

Eerst heb ik de achtergrond blauw gekleurd met Copic Markers. Het is makkelijker om dit eerst te doen, zodat je de kleuren van de andere delen niet kan meenemen. Anders kan je bijvoorbeeld een veeg paars in je achtergrond krijgen en dat wil je natuurlijk niet.

Daarna heb ik mijn kleurenkaart erbij genomen en gekeken welke kleur paars en groen het dichtste bij mijn designpapier paste. Blauw heb ik vermeden omdat dit al een kleur is in de achtergrond, anders was het te eentonig geworden. Als laatste heb ik ook nog wat fijne glitter op het kroontje, de ijskristal, de sneeuw en de paarse delen van haar vleugels. Het is wat moeilijk om op de foto te zien, maar het geeft toch wel iets extra. 

Dan volgen nu de Copic kleuren die ik ervoor gebruikt heb:
